The Alameda CTC intends to retain a qualified firm through this RFP to provide insurance brokerage services on behalf of Alameda CTC for the following insurance coverage: Commercial Property, General Liability and Hired/Non-Owned Auto, Excess Liability, Crime, Worker’s Compensation, Directors and Officers/Errors and Omissions Liability, and Employment Practices Liability.

The Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) intends to retain a consultant to provide independent financial audit services to audit all funds and account groups in accordance with auditing standard generally accepted in the United States of America standards for financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and the provisions of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-133.

•           The LBE goal for this contract is 70 percent with an SLBE goal of 30 percent.

•           Pre-Proposal meeting: January 5, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time)

•           Proposal Due Date: January 17, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time)
